Privacy Policy

• The photograph you upload — stored in our Supabase Storage bucket under your order ID. Used only to generate your portrait and to verify that the output resembles your subject. Never shared with anyone outside the AI pipeline (OpenAI, fal.ai, Claid.ai) that processes it.
• Your email and shipping address — collected by Stripe at checkout. Used to send order updates and ship your canvas. Stored in Supabase alongside your order row.
• Your name — as provided to Stripe. Used for shipping labels and order confirmation emails.
• Optional account email — if you create a Portretti account via magic-link, we store your email and a Supabase auth user id so you can return to your orders.

• We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
• We do not train AI models on your photographs. The processors we use (OpenAI, fal.ai, Claid.ai) operate under zero-data-retention terms — your photo and the generated variants are not used to train their models.
• We do not run ad-network trackers on this site.
• We do not store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we only see whether a payment succeeded.

• Uploaded photographs — kept until your order is fulfilled, then for 90 days for support / re-print requests, then deleted.
• Generated variants — kept for as long as your account exists, so you can re-download your final portrait.
• Order records — kept for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.

You can request a full copy of your data, deletion of your account and uploaded photographs, or correction of any record by emailing hello@portretti.com. We respond within 30 days.
