Shipping

We print and ship from Detroit, Michigan via our partner CustomCat. Shipping across the contiguous United States is included in every list price — no surprises at checkout.

Timeline

• Approval to print: Once you approve your portrait in the editor, we send it to print within an hour.
• Production: 1–3 business days.
• Transit (Economy, default): 2–6 business days after production leaves the warehouse.
• Total typical delivery: 5–9 business days from approval.

Where we ship

At launch, the contiguous 48 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories aren't available yet — the shipping costs for canvases that size are prohibitive. We're working on it.

European customers — we hear you. International fulfilment is on our roadmap; we'd rather wait until we have a partner who can deliver a 24×36″ canvas at a sane price.

Notes

• The two largest sizes (20×30, 24×36) ship UPS Ground and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
• Tracking numbers arrive via email as soon as our print partner labels your shipment.
• We don't expedite production at launch — every order ships in the order it was approved. If delivery date matters, plan accordingly.
